What is Compliance?

In its pursuit of excellence the MOLDTRANSUSA GROUP is governed by the most demanding ethical and regulatory compliance standards, from an economic, social and environmental perspective. We hold the strong conviction that it is vital to always act with integrity, over and above any other objective.

The MOLDTRANSUSA GROUP has a Criminal Compliance Model (Crime Prevention and Detection Model) to which all companies, Management Bodies, .rs, Employees and Partners of the MOLDTRANSUSA GROUP are subject, along with any professional or subcontracted entities that provide any service to the MOLDTRANSUSA GROUP.

One of its fundamental elements, the Code of Ethics, aims to determine the values, practices and fundamental principles that ought to govern the activity of the Group, guiding their actions in order to maintain the trust that customers have placed in us, and to grow even more, both professionally and personally.

Compliance with the law and the Code of Ethics is a commitment of the entire organisation, and to this end, the necessary mechanisms will be established to avoid any type of behaviour contrary to the same.

The Code of Ethics establishes the principles and values that must govern all the actions of the people included in its scope of application. These actions include both those that take place between them and those carried out with customers, partners, suppliers or any other person or entity with which they relate by reason of the provision of their professional services in MOLDTRANSUSA GROUP.

  2. All members of the Group are responsible for complying with and enforcing this Code of Ethics. Therefore, if any suspicion or knowledge of an illegal activity or one that is contrary to the values set forth herein exists, or indeed any action is taken that could be considered unlawful and likely to generate criminal liability, we have the obligation to communicate it.
  3. The Group guarantees that anybody who communicates the alleged commission of prohibited conduct falling within the scope of criminal legislation or this Code of Ethics will be protected against any type of reprisal, discrimination and penalty owing to the complaint made, guaranteeing at all times the confidentiality of the same.
